• You know that a strong team is just as important for ongoing success as finances, strategies , marketing , etc., but realize that in you are not quite there yet: there must be more cooperation within the teams and/or between the departments.
• You see good people leave the company more often than you would like. Especially young people, who would rather go for less stress and better work-life balance, than for high financial rewards. How can you bind these people to your organization? Without them, it will become increasingly difficult to achieve the objectives.

• You notice how often people agree to something (during a meeting or work discussion) and then do nothing with it.

How long will the company remain successful if it goes on as it does today? The market is changing every day, how fast will you be out of business if your people are not flexible and dynamic enough to change along?

Will you keep worrying about the future or will you make sure the company can handle this future, strong and motivated?

Will you remain a manager, sometimes reluctantly, or will you create time and space to develop yourself and your business?
